AHiMS (Ayush Homoeopathy Information Management System) is a web-based software solution designed to enhance the management and delivery of services in the field of homeopathy. Launched on November 1, 2019, by the Department of Homeopathy, AHiMS aims to streamline data collection, improve departmental activities, and facilitate efficient planning and review processes. The system is hosted and operated at the state data center, ensuring high-level security checks are in place.The software has key modules that accurately monitor hospital statistics, assets, medical camps/outreach activities, and fund utilization. As an e-governance initiative, AHiMS has received recognition, securing second place in the Kerala State's e-health/e-medicine category for the years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.

AHiMS-2

AHiMS-2, the second phase of development, addresses the complexities associated with managing confidential patient information. By organizing and analyzing data effectively, AHiMS-2 enhances service delivery to individuals seeking treatment in homeopathy institutions.The major modules in AHiMS-2 have been developed by Keltron. The project is expected to undergo complete security auditing and integrate with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission in collaboration with the State Digital Mission by the financial year 2025-26. The system currently manages  OP bookings, tracks the stock and usage of medicines, and enables efficient purchasing and transferring of medicines.  The Medicine Hoping Module facilitates the public's ability to collect undispensed medicines prescribed at any of the 431 institutions.  Additionally, transactions related to the Hospital Management Committee (HMC) will be recorded and utilized within the software, contributing to faster development and accurate auditing of homeopathic institutions.
